God of mercy and healing, you who hear the cries of those in need, receive these petitions of your people that all who are troubled may know peace, comfort, and courage.
A brief silence.
Lord God, show us your glory that your church and all who believe may sing forth with praise for you. Hear us, O God. Your mercy is great.
Lord God, shower your creation with life and vibrancy that all of creation bear witness to your awesome power. Hear us, O God. Your mercy is great.
Lord God, plant humility in the hearts of all leaders that they may bow before your will and work for your peace and justice in all the world. Hear us, O God. Your mercy is great.
Lord God, draw near to all who cannot praise you that they may feel your presence and know that your glory can overcome the darkness they know. Hear us, O God. Your mercy is great.
